Dusting off the blog

It has indeed been some time since my last post. As occured last semester, I hit a period in which I was caught up with schoolwork and life. The posts will most likely continue to be few and far between until the end of finals at SJSU. In the meantime, here are some useful photography/pj links:

A Photo A Day
: Exactly what is sounds like. A photo a day on the main page. There is also a blog that keeps readers up-to-date on interesting photo related news.

Mark Hancock: A photographer at The Beaumont Enterprise, Mark shares his photos and discusses topics such as the golden ratio, business practices, shooting portraits, etc. that every student photojournalist (or professional for that matter) should read. Click this link to browse all of his PJ-related posts.

Michael Schennum
: A photographer at the Arizona Republic and former SF State student, Michael writes on photography, journalism news, upcoming events/contests, and shares photos from assignments.
